Definition
of Holiday: Flights and Hotel/Accommodation,
booked with a tour operator. Transfers not compulsory with
booking, as long as itinerary and tour operator is like
for like.
The holiday must be an exact like for like, this includes
Airline, flight numbers and seat price class as this will
effect the overall costing, the accommodation must be on
an instant availability/off competitors allocation and NOT
on a "request basis" as this will effect the overall
costing, the resort transfers must be an exact like for
like i.e.. seat in coach/private car/no transfers included,
as this will effect the overall costing.
IMPORTANT: You will need to provide proof of lower
price obtained elsewhere, please discuss this with one of
our agents. HOWEVER...All information provided will be verified,
should the claim be deemed to be fraudulent and/or misleading
by ourselves, and then an independent 3rd party nominated
by ourselves, this will be deemed as fraudulent and timewasting
and an administrative charge of £45 WILL be added to
the final balance of the booking, whether this balance has
been paid for in full or not. Should the administrative charge
not be paid for this will be regarded as outstanding funds
on the balance of the booking and the booking WILL be cancelled
with full loss of deposit or if within 10 weeks of departure
full loss of total travel cost.
How do I proceed?
The lead passenger will need print a copy of this page, complete
and sign below to agree to the above Terms & Conditions,
this will need to be faxed with details of lower price obtained
elsewhere.
In the last 24 hours I have found the Holiday (definition
above) you have booked on my behalf, cheaper elsewhere, I
can confirm I have checked that this is exactly the same date
of departure and return, duration of travel, airline, flight
numbers, departure airports. I can confirm that I have checked
this is exactly the same hotel in the same location with the
same check-in date and same check out date, that this is the
same room type/standard, on the same board basis as I have
booked with you. I can confirm that I have checked that the
transfer arrangements are exactly the same as the ones we
have booked with you. I can confirm that I have checked that
the costing I have obtained is for the same amount of passengers
and I given the correct ages of passengers including if applicable
ages children and infants, in order to obtain this accurate
costing. I understand that should you find the information
I have provided incorrect due to my error that a charge of
£45 will be added to my booking.
